  • Is not therapy or counseling 
  • Focuses on personal transformation, health, and wealth coaching 
  • Does not treat mental health conditions 
  • Is confidential within legal limits 

Client Responsibilities: I agree to: 

  • Be honest and transparent 
  • Actively participate in sessions 
  • Complete agreed-upon actions 
  • Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations 
  • Take responsibility for my decisions and actions 

Confidentiality: 

  • All information shared will remain confidential 
  • Exceptions include legal requirements or threat of harm
